Classic Green Mojito Cocktail - Summer Cooler

Mangoes are best friends of summers. Either way ripe or raw, they can be prepared into a drink, dish or a dessert. The flavor it renders is so refreshing that the high temperature of the day just turns into a taste celebration.
So, today I am sharing my Raw Mango drink with you. This will keep you fresh, hydrated and healthy.
Before the recipes, let's know about Raw Mango.
Raw Mango Facts
Raw Mango Or “Kachi Kairi” is rich in Vitamin C, magnesium and Vitamin A. These nutrients are necessary for fighting the summer heat. They help detoxifying and weight loss. It works well for boosting cardiovascular health.
Now, it’s RECIPE time!!!
Classic Green Mojito Summer cooler Recipe:
Preparation time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
1-tsp – table salt
1 tsp – black salt
1 tsp – Black pepper
1 tbsp – fine sugar
2 tbsp - Mint leaves juice/paste
4-5 Mint leaves
1 - Raw Mango boiled & mashed into a juice / consistency puree
Crushed Ice
Method :
Add 1 tsp table salt, black salt and black pepper in a jar.
Add 1 tbsp fine sugar to it.
Add 2 tbsp of mint leaves juice/paste.
Add crushed Ice and Raw mango juice / consistency puree to it.
Stir well.
Top it up with the mint leaves.
